Class of '98 Today...

Jolene (Austin) Larsen

The summer after we graduated I met and started dating my wonderful husband Bob. Soon after that I left with several of my friends to attend Utah State University. After a year at Utah State I transferred to the University of Utah. Bob and I were married in August 2000. I graduated from the U in May 2002 in Math Education. I taught Math at Clearfield High for three and a half years and did some coaching for girls soccer and girls basketball. In the fall of 2005 we had our twin girls. I finished out the semester at Clearfield and then quit to stay home with my girls. In the fall of 2007 we had our little boy. I love staying home with my kids. Bob used to ask me if I wanted to go back to work so he could be the stay at home dad until we had our third child. Apparently he thinks going to work is easier than raising three children two years and younger.

We currently live in Kaysville, where we have been for the past seven years. We love our neighborhood with great neighbors and a lot of kids. Bob continually asks if we can move closer to SLC because he hates his commute to the U, where he works for the IRB (research for the U Hospital). The past couple years I have done some tutoring in math. It is amazing how fast your brain turns to mush when you are mostly interacting with two year olds. Tutoring has helped slow that process a little.

I cannot believe how so much has changed in the past ten years. I am so excited to see everyone and I hope everyone is doing well.

Hi,
Your sister Brenda tells me all about your twins. She didn't tell me you had another one! Wow, they sure are all cute!
